"The Originals" Season 4 has alliance in store for Hayley Marshall (Phoebe Tonkin) and Hope, who try to cope with the devastations the S3 finale threw against Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan) Elijah (Daniel Gillies), Kol (Nathaniel Buzolic), Freya (Riley Voelkel) and Rebekah (Claire Holt). A good thing, too, as Joseph Morgan admits that Klaus Mikaelson seems to be rubbing off on him in real life.
Deadline reports that "The Originals" Season 4 will bring in new addition Keelin, by "Containment" star Christina Moses. Keelin is a werewolf survivor of an extinct line, who is about to cross paths with Hayley Marshall and Hope Mikaelson.
"The Originals" Season 3 left Hayley Marshall and Hope Mikaelson in a difficult position having in their care the afflicted Mikaelsons Elijah, Kol and Freya. The one person that could have helped Hayley Marshall is Klaus Mikaelson but was put out of commission temporarily with the Tunde Blade by Marcel Gerard (Charles Michael Davis).
Nonetheless, Hayley Marshall may find welcome support from Keelin in "The Originals" Season 4. Fashion & Style points out that Keelin as werewolf and Hayley Marshall as a hybrid of werewolf and hybrid may form a friendship and join forces in "The Originals" Season 4.
Despite Keelin being wary of new associations, Hayley Marshall could get valuable help given the fallout of "The Originals" Season 3 finale. The new cast addition for "The Originals" is described as resourceful and a doctor to boot
One has to wonder, however, how Keelin will react to the Mikaelsons in "The Originals" Season 4. Furthermore, how will Keelin react to finding the Mikaelsons in a rare vulnerable state when she makes their acquaintance in "The Originals" Season 4.
As an aside MTV reports that Joseph Morgan admits to thinking like Klaus Mikaelson by saying that "The Originals" could do with more killing off of unexpected characters. Of course seeing Joseph Morgan developing a progressively profound understanding of Klaus Mikaelson could only be good news for "The Originals" Season 4.
TV Guide reports that executive producer Michael Narducci assures that Klaus Mikaelson will be rejoining Hayley Marshall, Hope and may even save the Mikaelsons in "The Originals" Season 4. The CW has reprogrammed "The Originals" Season 4 release date to coincide with midseason 2017.
