"NCIS" Season 14 will see another agent - Jennifer Esposito! There are reports that the actress is quite excited to join the hit series.
Jennifer Esposito is to become a regular cast on the CBS Show. She will be portraying the role of "NCIS" Special Agent Alexandra "Alex" Quinn. Alex Quinn is an experienced agent who left field work and became an instructor at the Law Enforcement Training Center.
In her role, Jennifer Esposito will be lured back into the field. "NCIS" Season 14 will see that Alex's rather sharp mind and quick wit will be taken advantage of.
"We couldn't be happier to have Jennifer Esposito joining us for season 14," "NCIS" boss Gary Glasberg said. "She embodies everything that we hoped for in the character of Quinn and we can't wait to have her come be a part of our team."
In Season 14 of "NCIS," the guest star Officer Clayton Reeves, will become a series regular. The season will also see few characters returning to the show as well. Wilmer Valderrama, who disappeared after accepting a deep cover assignment, will be returning as a field officer. It was even doubted if Wilmer was alive or not!
"Wilmer Valderrama will be able to flex his dramatic, physical and comedic talents in this classic "NCIS" role," Glasberg said of Valderrama. "Fans are going to see him like they've never seen him before. This is going to be fun. We're thrilled he's coming aboard."
Will the return of these characters' fill the void left by Michael Weatherly, who left the show? We will have to wait and watch when "NCIS" returns on Tuesday, Sept. 20 on CBS.
