'The Walking Dead' Season 7 Spoilers, Latest News & Update: Greg Nicotero Confirms Maggie Kill In Brutal S7? Ezekiel Shocks Khary Payton’s Family?

"The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere is a fitting prelude to a brutal S7 for Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and company as Greg Nicotero may have confirmed the death of Maggie Green (Lauren Cohan). Meanwhile Khary Payton gave his family a different shock as the King Ezekiel in "The Walking Dead" Season 7.

In all the hee-haw over "The Walking Dead" Season 6 finale villain Negan (Jeffery Dean Morgan), S7 will clearly be a brutal revelation for "TWD" fans. Especially because "The Walking Dead" executive producer Greg Nicotero promised that the Season 7 premiere will change how "TWD" fans understand grief as Yahoo reports.

"It redefines pain, and emotion, and if you think watching the finale that you are already at rock bottom with these people, you've got a lot further to go," Greg Nicotero stated of "The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere. For Rick Grimes and company the intensity of "The Walking Dead" Season 7 will get a lot darker.

In contrast Lauren Cohan shares, as ComicBook reports, a hopeful state for Maggie and the Alexandria survivors despite "The Walking Dead" Season 6 finale predicament with Negan. "It's a horrible crazy world but we have a triumph in the longest because we know who we are and we know who we are to each other," Lauren Cohan stated.

Interestingly, Greg Nicotero described Rick Grimes' new descent from sanity to be linked to him as "The Walking Dead" leader, not as a father. This brings the assurance that Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) will not be the Negan sampler at "The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere.

However, "The Walking Dead" series has shown various characters die by Walkers or by enemies and Rick Grimes was only really pushed off the edge by Lori Grimes' (Sarah Wayne Callies) death. Other than Carl, the only other possible "The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere death that could cause Rick Grimes to bottom out is that of Maggie and her baby.

Meanwhile Entertainment Weekly reports that King Ezekiel has his own "The Walking Dead" Season 7 shocker for Khary Payton's family. "The Walking Dead" wanted to keep Ezekiel and his tiger Shiva secret until the unveiling at the 2016 San Diego Comic Con.

Like other "The Walking Dead" Season 7 cast, Khary Payton kept Ezekiel hidden under blankets and inside vans. None of his family and friends knew that King Ezekiel whom "The Walking Dead" Season 7 will debut lived among them.

AMC will air "The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere on October 23. What is your favorite "The Walking Dead" Season 7 fan theory by far?
