"The Walking Dead" executive producer Gale Anne Hurd recently shared in an interview why Negan is different from all the other villains and it seems that the faith of the Alexandria survivors are really in trouble. New photos showing the different characters for Season 7 have also been released by AMC.
"The Walking Dead" season 7 will be returning to AMC this October and to amp the excitement of the fans of the hit zombie apocalypse show, new photos teasing what fans are expected to see have been uploaded on AMC.
For the first snap, it showed Negan smiling as he positions behind his gun and in the second photos, Ezekiel is seen sitting on what seems to be a throne. Ezekiel is a new comer and it is likely that a new group will be introduced.
Morgan was also featured in another snap with some zombies behind him while Carole is in a still looking frightened. In the last teaser photo for "The Walking Dead" Season 7, Negan is seen holding a baseball bat with barbed wires surrounding the top of the weapon.
More on Negan, E! News caught up with Hurd and she revealed that fans might be very shocked with what is in store for them this Season 7 of "The Walking Dead" specifically with the introduction of Negan. Hurd was at the Television Critics Association summer press tour and she shared that the villain now is unlike any other that people have seen on the show simply because he is charismatic and enjoys what he does.
Fans are aware that Negan is the big bad since he is also in the comics but Hurd said that actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan bringing him to life has made the character all the more villainous. She added, "He doesn't seem to have much of a conscience about it, and that's the kind of person we haven't seen before." She pointed out that the villains in the past season had reasons why they did what they had to do but Negan has no excuse at all. She teased, "It's Negan's world now and we're all living in it."
"The Walking Dead" Season 7 airs this October 23 at 9 P.M. on AMC.
