According to Hall of Fame Magazine, Nathan Fillion will be joining the fun and laughter in "Modern Family" Season 8. Fillion is popular for his lead role in the recently canceled series, "Castle." The said series run for eight seasons and aired from March 2009 to May 2016.
"Modern Family" co-creator Steven Levitan confirmed Nathan Fillion's inclusion in "Modern Family" Season 8 at the Television Critics Association press tour. Levitan announced that Fillion will be a weatherman in the upcoming season of "Modern Family" and he will go by the name of Rainer Shine, the Hollywood Reporter reported.
Nathan Fillion is set to appear in three episodes of "Modern Family" Season 8. For those wondering if Fillion won't be behind in the comedy series, it seems that he won't because he is equipped with enough experience. Per Hall of Fame Magazine, Nathan Fillion also starred in other comedy roles including, "Two Guys and a Girl," "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog" and "Con Man."
Many believe that Nathan Fillion's appearance in "Modern Family" Season 8 will make the series better. In fact, Cinema Blend suggested that Fillion's attendance will make the series "10-50 percent better."
The report notes that his name is already hilarious as it sounds similar to rain or shine. There are rumors that Nathan Fillion will be involved with the Dunphy family in "Modern Family" Season 8 and many are expecting a bout between him and Phil (Ty Burrell). Phil will reportedly get jealous as the weather man flirts with his wife, Claire (Julie Bowen).
