"Fuller House" Season 2 on Netflix is gearing up for a holiday release -- at least that's what photos from the set seem to reveal. The cast recently wrapped up a Christmas-centered episode and they have also done a Thanksgiving special.
Judging by way things went, it's highly likely that the show will be back on the streaming site in December this year. However, official announcements from Netflix on "Fuller House" Season 2's actual release have yet to be made.
On her Instagram, "Fuller House" Season 2 star Candace Cameron Bure took a selfie as she's wearing a Christmas outfit in August. She captioned the photo, "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas," but did not further reveal why she's wearing winter clothes for summer.
During the cast celebration for their win at the Teen's Choice Awards recently, photos from the set also showed that it is Christmas in the Tanner-Fuller house, per Elias Harger's Instagram. Look closely at the background and see the Christmas leaves and ribbon hanging on the walls. It's definitely the holidays in "Fuller House" Season 2!
In a previous Parent Herald report, Candace Cameron Bure actually let it slip out that "Fuller House" Season 2 will most likely be released on Netflix in December. The actress also confirmed that the second season will be more focused on family. "What I love about this season is you're getting to know the kids more," the actress aid, per Slash Film.
Candace Cameron Bure also noted on how the show has grown popular with Netflix's viewers worldwide, despite critics giving the series poor reviews. The actress defended that the show, including the original, "Full House," was never about pleasing the critics, but it is for the fans of good family comedies.
Meanwhile, "Fuller House" star Soni Nicole Bringas, confirmed that the show has three more episodes to film for "Fuller House Season 2," via Instagram. Netflix has given the series a 13-episode, which will roll out all out once as soon as the air date has been officially announced. Stay tuned!
