‘Days of Our Lives’ Cast & Spoilers: George Del Hoyo, Kassie Depaiva And More To Return To DAYS On Week Of Aug. 22

"Days of Our Lives" is on another week-long hiatus to give way to the Rio Olympics coverage. But when it returns on Aug. 22, it will bring back a couple of cast members, including George Del Hoyo, Kassie DePaiva, Paul Telfer, Patsy Pease, Charles Shaughnessy, and Larry Poindexter.

George Del Hoyo is set to return as the villain Orpheus. He was last seen on DAYS in the 1980s. With him is another villain Xander Cook, played by Paul Telfer, who was last seen in Salem last year, Soaps.com said. Orpheus and Xander are going to escape prison with Clyde (James Read). Together they will return to Salem with an eye for a revenge. Spoilers via Celebrity Dirty Laundry reveals that Xander will target Theresa (Jen Lilley) to get back on her for wrongly accusing him of raping her. They're going to crash Theresa and Brady's (Eric Martsolf) wedding, and Orpheus will be holding a gun on all of the guests.

Kassie DePaiva is also set to return as Eve Donovan. Last time she was in Salem, she was going to New York City with Claire who was pursuing a career in music. When she appears at the wedding, she will be Orpheus' hostage. On the other hand, Patsy Pease (Kim), Charles Shaughnessy (Shane) and Larry Poindexter (Father Louis) are also coming back for Brady and Theresa's wedding.

Other spoilers for the week of Aug. 22 tease that fans would finally know what happened to Tate. He will actually make it home safe. It would turn out that Victor (John Aniston) is responsible for the kidnapping of Brady and Theresa's son, and Brady will expectedly want him arrested immediately. Victor would deny the allegation and say that he was set up by Deimos (Vincent Irizarry).

In the meantime, Jaime Lyn Bauer is returning to "Days of Our Lives" sometime in September as Dr. Laura Horton. Don't miss these stars and tune in to "Days of Our Lives" daily from Monday to Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
