Following the launch of "ARK: Survival Evolved" Primitive Plus mod on PC platforms last month, Studio Wildcard admitted that it wasn't really totally bugs and glitches free. Fortunately, the game developer launched a 1.1 patch to fix the issues.
In Xbox One, however, a version 739.0 patch will be launched next month in "ARK: Survival Evolved." According to Daily Express, the Xbox One version is currently tested to ensure that its implementation will make the gaming experiences in the "ARK" realm more enjoyable.
Speaking of "ARK: Survival Evolved" Xbox One build, Inquisitr revealed that Studio Wildcard planned to release the Xbox One v739.0 patch on Sept. 1. The said update will bring the Primitive Plus total conversion, as well as The Center update and Cross-ARK Official Transfer Gates in the "ARK" realm.
In addition, "ARK" Survival Evolved" Xbox One v739.0 update also hinted "something else very big" will come into the game, not to mention all the PC Content up through the PC v245.0 patch. However, the release date for the update seemed to be confusing as some Studio Wildcard team members claimed that the release date was an "estimate" but lead designer and co-creative director Jeremy Stieglitz announced on Twitter that Sept. 1 is the update's "hard release date."
Studio Wildcard community manager Jen also made a clarification via a Twitter post, confirming that "ARK: Survival Evolved" Xbox One v739.0 patch has not yet been submitted to Microsoft's QA. The certification process reportedly takes one to two weeks before the approval.
Meanwhile, one of the major reasons why "ARK: Survival Evolved" Xbox One V739.0 patch has been delayed was due to the addition of the total conversion mod, which happened to be an additional work for the team. Fortunately, Stieglitz revealed that the Primitive Plus mod will be released with brand new official servers on The Island and The Center maps and for the patch notes, check out ARK Community Forums.
In "ARK" Survival Evolved" Center map update, "massive optimizations" are reportedly expected, not to mention the various fixes for dinosaur and animal spawns and other glitches, game developer Ben Burkart revealed. Meanwhile, the game's PS4 release date remained uncertain as Sony is firm with its decision that the "ARK" release is disallowed until the game is completed, EconoTimes learned.
"ARK: Survival Evolved" is currently available on PC and Xbox One consoles through Early Access. The game will officially launch this holiday season following the postponement of its initial June 2016 release, Parent Herald previously reported.
