NBA Rumors: Isaiah Thomas Wants To Be All-Star And All-NBA This Season; Considers Himself One Of The Elite Point Guards

Boston Celtics is doing its best to upgrade their roster, so they can give their best in the Easter Conference. Well, it looks like the team is heading in the right direction. According to reports, Celtics and its point guard Isaiah Thomas want more this NBA season.

Isaiah Thomas and Boston Celtics have high hopes for the team in the upcoming NBA season. Both know what to accomplish, in order to score another NBA title. According to CBS Sports, Thomas is confident with Celtics that it will be one of the best teams in the NBA league. However, aside from that, he has faith in himself and even considers himself one of the "best point guards" in the NBA last season.

Although Isaiah Thomas in not an MVP similar to Stephen Curry, his number confirms that he is one of the best in his position. After playing 82 games in a regular season, Thomas averaged 22.2 points, 6.2 assists and 1.1 steals in 32.2 minutes a game.

Aside from the figures above, Isaiah Thomas is also an excellent shooter. He has 42.8 percent shooting and 35.9 percent from three. Thomas' numbers are close to 2014 NBA All-Star Game MVP Kyrie Irving and Easter Conference All-Star John Wall.

Isaiah Thomas has so much potential and many are excited to see the player unleash this in the upcoming NBA season. According to Fansided, Thomas is aiming to play at high level to give his team more victories and aside from this he wants to be an NBA All-Star.

"I'm gonna be an All-Star again and I want to be All-NBA. I want all of that and I think it's a realistic shot for me," Isaiah Thomas said. Well, many would agree that Thomas' objective is possible for him.

Meanwhile, Parent Herald previously reported that Isaiah Thomas and Avery Bradley are up for contract renegotiations for Boston Celtics. Clearly, Thomas is still with the Celtics.
