Sony Santa Monica has big plans for Kratos, which do not end with "God Of War" 4. Instead, "GoW" fans should expect to see Kratos well beyond the Norse mythology of "God Of War" 4.
If the changes that "God Of War" 4 brings to the "GoW" franchise, unveiled at E3 2016, are anything to go by then investing on more of Kratos may be welcome experience. As Parent Herald reports, "God Of War" 4 has a new progression system that will allow certain skill upgrades for Kratos and his son.
Fans would recall that in the old "God Of War" iterations, "GoW" had a light RPG progression system. Also included in the gameplay changes in "God Of War" 4 are the new camera system and the rage management system for Kratos as PlayStation Universe reports.
These indeed will heighten gaming experience as "God Of War" 4 players accompany Kratos and his son on their journey of survival and of jointly defending the life they are building. Sony Santa Monica promise that Kratos and his son will be hounded by powerful forces in "God Of War" 4, which should test much of that rage control that Kratos "developed."
Who or what these powerful forces are, Twinfinite proposes that the Norse gods Odin, Baldr and Tyr could be the ones Kratos should watch out for in "God Of War" 4. In the past, though, Parent Herald cited Games Radar on a "God Of War" 4 theory that the mysterious son of Kratos could in fact be Tyr.
No matter though as the Norse mythology has gods aplenty from whom to choose the "God Of War" 4 antagonist. Whomever Sony Santa Monica and creative director-writer Cory Barlog pit against Kratos in "God Of War" 4 is overshadowed by the fact the Kratos lives on to be in later "GoW" games as PlayStation Universe reports.
Fans will be able to get their hands on "God Of War" 4 come the holiday season of 2017. Do you think Kratos could sustain a few more "God Of War" games?
