She revealed that she and Khalifa are best friends and hang out with their child together. Cannon then said that co-parenting is about being mature, E! News reported.

Cannon continued to say that both Rose and Carey are amazing mothers and women who have their own industries and empires, Rolling Out reported. He said that women like Rose and Carey put everything aside that they will not let their child suffer if a break-up occurred. He said that the children affected have to grow up in the public light and deal with an unconventional family so they have to make sure their kids are happy and understand what unconditional love is.

In an attempt to make the interview lighter, Cannon was asked by Rose if he and Carey had sexual intercourse to one of her songs. She said that they had and the song was "Hero."
