"General Hospital" spoilers for this week tease that the serial killer may be finally put down. And who would be the best person to catch him than Franco, a former serial killer himself.

Franco (Roger Howarth) could be the one to put an end to the doings of the serial killer in Port Charles. According to "General Hospital" spoilers via entertainment website Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Franco would go dark and try to get into the mind of the serial killer to pin him down. CDL spoilers said that it's going to be a big week for Liz, who will receive a mysterious package.
