The much awaited NBA franchise is set to release its latest installment, 2K Sports "NBA 2K17". 2K Sports never fail to deliver a much greater basketball "gameplay" experience every year.
2K Sports has just released its official "NBA 2K17" trailer, showcasing the newest details of the game. Featuring the cover athlete Paul George for the standard version Kobe Bryant for the "NBA 2K17" Legend Edition.
"NBA 2K17"delivers a more stunning graphical detail, from on-court lightings to player skin tones, replicating the authentic NBA basketball world. As per GameSpot report, aside from graphic improvements, the "NBA 2K17" also enhanced the "gameplay", which is the main aspect of the game.
"NBA 2K17" features a new style of "gameplay", shooting is now different where 2K Sports add up a bit of a challenge using the analog stick that players need to aim to the rim. PopSci confirmed even with the addition of analog-aiming mechanics, players can still use the shooting button.
The analog stick will also serve as the main tool to perform layups. Thus, in the "NBA 2K17", using analog stick when driving the lane, players can choose what to do during the sequence, it can be straight layup, double clutch to prevent from being blocked or a running floater.
Dribbling in "NBA 2K17" is also now improved, 2K Sports added a sort of delay when dribbling to recreate the actual quickness of a real NBA player. With the dribbling delay, the players are now bound to a real dribbling sequence compared to the previous NBA 2K that you can transition to the next crossover dribble in no time.
In the upcoming "NBA 2K17", AI defense has vastly improved. This time, the AI seems like they know what to do in a certain situation unlike before, AI tends to leave any player standing in the corner once the AI reads an incoming driving player. This becomes an issue due to the fact that it can be exploited over and over in a single game with the use of the Pick-and-Roll from outside the center arc.
"NBA 2K17" is the basketball game that everyone waits, set to release this September 20th. 2K Sports will deliver a brand new series with stunning graphics and a more realistic "gameplay".
