There's a couple of weeks more to go before "South Park" season 20 premieres and latest reports hint some exciting and interesting turn of events in the long-running Comedy Central adult animated series. In addition, it has been reported that South Park Digital Studios is currently in the mood for a celebration as it commemorated the 20 seasons of the series through the "South Park 20 Experience" exhibit.
Speaking of celebrations, Decider reported that South Park Digital Studios is giving diehard "South Park" fans an opportunity to hang out with their favorite cast, including Kyle, Kenny, Stan, Eric, Chef, Mr. Hankey, Philip and Terrance, as well as the Christmas Poo as part of the "South Park 20 Experience" in L.A. The event also features 20 life-sized scenes built in a 2D/3D format, which are perfect for photo ops.
The "South Park" exhibit also highlights the talent of 20 exceptional artists who were selected to make the original art pieces, which were curated by acclaimed pop culture artist Ron English, Animation World Network noted. The "South Park 20 Experience" is reportedly open to the public for free until Sept. 25.
Meanwhile, "South Park" season 20 might focus more on being topical as what the show had been in the previous season, 89.3 KPCC hinted. In addition, the upcoming season might also poke some fun on the election as they offer more political and social commentary.
As for "South Park" highly anticipated game, "South Park: The Fractured But Whole," Ubisoft has recently unveiled the Nosulus Rift, the game's fart-smelling VR platform. However, Stuff.tv revealed that the product is only available to torment unsuspicious gamers at events but it won't be available to purchase.
"South Park: The Fractured But Whole" is set to be released on PC, PS4 and Xbox One platforms on Dec. 6. "South Park" season 20 air date, on the other hand, will be on Sept. 14 on Comedy Central, Parent Herald previously reported.
