Improvements are coming up on "iZombie" Season 3. When the show returns on The CW this midseason, the undead will have a place to hang out and socialize with all the other zombies. Ravi will also concoct a medicine that would help improve Liv's visions.
Not much has been revealed about the potion that will help Liv (Rose McIver) get more from the visions she acquires after eating human brains in "iZombie" Season 3. But according to Entertainment Weekly, this recipe will be an accidental discovery by Ravi (Rahul Kohli). The result will allow Liv to have her visions far longer and with more clarity, which could help in her police investigations with Clive (Malcolm Goodwin).
Meanwhile, as people are starting to become more aware that there are zombies in their midst in "iZombie" Season 3, the population of the undead will begin doubling in Seattle. Thus, someone with an enterprising mind is going to set up the first zombie hangout or nightclub in the city.
In a separate Entertainment Weekly report, "iZombie" creator Rob Thomas revealed that this place will be called The Scratching Post and it will be operating underground exclusively for the undead. Zombies will be able to sample different blood sauces from around the world at this hangout and potentially, Liv could also find herself inside this place. But whether this is for work or for pleasure remains unknown just yet.
In July, Rose McIver revealed that her "iZombie" character will be quite conflicted in Season 3, especially with the arrival of Vivian Stroll, who will head a group of zombies. The latter will be planning to usher in a revolution that will have zombies dominating the world.
While that might appeal to Liv, she will still remain aligned with her human friends in "iZombie" Season 3. This will be the running storyline that will be giving the show its direction in the new season.
"iZombie" Season 3 is set for a potential January 2017. Parent Herald previously reported that there will be 13 episodes to the new season.
