According to SB Nation, LeBron James confirmed that "Space Jam 2" is in talks. He added that he would love to take the project and that he has a great partnership with Warner Bros. However, they are not taking things in a rush because they don't want to ruin the project. They want to get it right when they do "Space Jam 2."
However, some "Space Jam" fans are not sold on the idea of having LeBron James take the lead in "Space Jam 2." In a previous report from Parent Herald, a number of fans wish that some other NBA player will take the lead for the upcoming film instead of James.
Anthony Sain suggested that Kevin Durant or Stephen Curry will do great for "Space Jam 2." Another, suggested Kobe Bryant. Meanwhile, Human Individual, commented that "Space Jam 2" will only be a disaster. There is no doubt that many are still attached to Michael Jordan's "Space Jam" that they are doubtful of the next film's success.
Meanwhile, the former "Space Jam" star Michael Jordan, himself, wants some other NBA player to take the role he once dominated. Per IGN, MJ wants Los Angeles Clippers power forward Blake Griffin to star in "Space Jam 2" instead of LeBron James.
