Since Philadelphia 76ers announced that they are trading one of their big men, all eyes were on Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor. We can't still say who between the two or both will be traded but a number of teams in the NBA league are showing interest to acquire the players.
According to Gospel Herald, Chicago Bulls is eyeing for Jahlil Okafor trade. Currently, the team has its big three with Dwyane Wade, Rajon Rondo and Jimmy Butler. However, the team continues to rebuild its phase and this includes the addition of Philadelphia 76ers center Jahlil Okafor.
Reports have it that Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers are already in trade talks regarding Jahlil Okafor's potential move to Bulls. So, possibly we could see Okafor joining Dwyane Wade, Rajon Rondo and Jimmy Butler this season.
Yahoo Sports! reported that Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor's talent are not complementary. So, Philadelphia 76ers is moving one of them. It is difficult to tell who between the two will be out in Philly. Some sources say that it is more likely Noel but other sources claim that Philadelphia 76ers are pressing more for an Okafor trade.
At the time, several teams in the NBA league are linked to Jahlil Okafor. Parent Herald previously reported that San Antonio Spurs want to sign Okafor that they are willing to trade Patty Mills and Danny Green. On a separate report, Los Angeles Lakers are also eyeing for Jahlil Okafor and might be sending Jordan Clarkson to Philadelphia 76ers to trade for the player.
There are also rumors that Jahlil Okafor might be joining Atlanta Hawks. However, Dwight Howard is reportedly threatened with the young player that he is blocking the trade. Okafor and Nerlens Noel are also linked to Cleveland Cavaliers. Reports have it that LeBron James need a big man running mate to deliver Cavs a back-to-back NBA title.
