Alleged Clash Of Brangelina Over Parenting Styles Continues, Brad Pitt To Fight For Shared Custody Over The Jolie-Pitts

Brad Pitt will purportedly fight for joint custody over Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, Vivienne, 8 and Knox, 8. The news follows after a slew of reports claimed that Angelina filed a sole physical custody over the Jolie-Pitts while Brad would only be given visitations rights.

"There's no chance that's going to happen," Brad said according to a TMZ source. The "Allied" star expressed his intent not to hurt Jolie in the process of their divorce but he will not let Jolie take their kids away from him.

The "Maleficent" star reportedly filed a divorce and physical custody days after an alleged altercation on a flight last Wednesday where Brad was seen screaming and getting physical with the kids. According to TMZ sources, Brad continued ranting on the tarmac which may have caught the attention of one of the witnesses who anonymously reported the incident to the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.

Additionally, reports emerged that an investigation on Brad's alleged child abuse is currently ongoing. However, LAPD confirmed that there is no investigation on child abuse allegations against Brad according to a spokesperson who told People on Thursday.

Meanwhile, a source told People that what happened in the flight was a parent-child argument which was just not handled correctly. The source continued to reveal that Brad was drunk but he did not hurt his kid. Brad was empathic but no physical abuse happened.

Brad's camp initially released a statement wherein it states that the actor is "very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the well-being of our kids," People reported. He continued his statement to ask the press to give Angelina and their kids' space "during this challenging time." Angelina's attorney Robert Offer, on the other hand, also asked for the family to be given privacy. The actress will also not comment about the issue at the moment but according to Offer, the "decision was made for the health of the family."
