Things have been tough for the Duggars since Josh Duggar's molestation scandal went public. The family lost a number of supporters, some sponsors don't want to air their ads on the family's reality show and reports have it that they might bid goodbye in the small screens again. Perhaps, this time, it will be for good.
The Duggar's supporters are pleased that the family is finally back after the cancellation of their hit reality show "19 Kids and Counting." Unfortunately, the family might be gone soon because a number of sponsors and viewers dropped their support for the family.
Parent Herald previously reported that TLC might cancel "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" due to the lack of support from the network's audiences and sponsors. Reports have it that almost a million viewers have stopped watching the "19 Kids and Counting" spinoff. Also, advertisers continue to pull their ads from the family's show.
According to Inquisitr, the family is desperate in saving "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" from cancellation. In fact, the report points outs three notes of Duggar's effort to save their show.
First, the family is now bringing back the "19 Kids and Counting" patriarch and matriarch, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. The pair were rarely seen in the first season of "Counting On" but they have more screen time in Season 2.
Second, the family creates new drama. In one scene Jessa Duggar commented that things between her sister Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo are happening too fast. Everyone knows that Jessa is supportive of the newly engaged couple. She even added that Jeremy is one of her husband's best friends.
Third, the family is gearing up for more surprises. When Jessa Duggar got pregnant for the first time, she flooded her social media account with pregnancy post and update. However, after announcing that Jessa is pregnant again, she's been coy and silent in her social media account.
Many believe that this is to surprise fans. In fact, Jessa Duggar doesn't share a single baby bump photo.
