"Kingdom Hearts 3" release date updates for PS4 and Xbox One continue to keep fans at the edge of their seats. It has been previously teased that the upcoming game will be huge, but limited information about its development have surfaced online.
In a new report, however, it has been suggested that the "Kingdom Hearts 3" release for the PS4 and Xbox One could be done in installments because of how massive it will be. As Gamepur noted, game director Tetsuya Nomura hinted that they are considering episodic releases for the new title. While it remains to be a viable path for the game, Nomura did admit that he still has his reservations about doing an episodic release as it could dampen the tempo of the plot.
Meanwhile, game director Tetsuya Nomura has previously teased that Marvel and "Star Wars" characters could soon be part of the game as soon as Square Enix acquires the rights to use them from Disney. Previous "Kingdom Hearts 3" updates have already teased that more Disney worlds will be included in the new title. Some of the teased worlds are "Tangled," "Frozen," "Big Hero 6" and "Wreck-It Ralph" among others.
Apart from the highly anticipated "Kingdom Hearts 3" release date for PS4 and Xbox One, the online community was recently sent into a frenzy after the director and writer of the scrapped "Kingdom Hearts" animated series shared a photo of a tape that contains footage from the show. Seth Kearsley claimed that he was in talks with Walt Disney Animation Studios to do another project, but the House of Mouse doesn't seem to be interested as of the moment, KH13 noted
