PS4 News Update: Things the PS4 Can Do That Xbox One Can’t

The battle for gaming supremacy is almost at a boiling point between Sony's Playstation and Microsoft's Xbox, and if you're having a hard time choosing between the two, here are things that the Playstation 4 can do, that the Xbox One can't.

With both tech giants are close to releasing their new generation consoles in the near future, the Playstation 4 Pro coming this November 2016 and the Xbox One S making it's debut later on in 2017, and fans will surely debate on which one is better. For the meantime, here are a few facts that puts the Playstation a little bit ahead of the Xbox, according to Express UK.

First on the list is virtual reality. The Playstation VR is one of the hottest accessories to be added to the new PS4, and while you'd have to shell out a bit of money to get it, Microsoft's Xbox One doesn't bring anything to the table to match against it.

Next is game streaming. While Xbox fans love to boast about the backward compatibility feature, which allows gamers to play their old games on a new console, the feature doesn't quite stack up to the Playstation Now. The Playstation Now is like Netflix for the PS4, it allows you to rent old games and play them, albeit a monthly fee.

Another thing that puts the Playstation 4 ahead, are the much better exclusive games that Sony offers, including the "Uncharted" series, "The Last of Us," and "Bloodborne." Yes the Xbox has pretty good exclusive titles too, but not on the Game of the Year level, unlike the PS4's.

Also, gamers can experience HDR, or high dynamic range, with a new update for all the PS4 consoles for free. You don't have to upgrade to the next-gen console just yet to enjoy better visuals.

Lastly, the Playstation 4 comes with a better design. A slimmer, sleeker console, compared to the bulkiness of the Xbox that doesn't seem to quite fit in your typical gaming setup, taking up plenty of space.

When both the PS4 Pro and Xbox One S are finally available, which one will you choose?
