'Black Mirror' Season 4 Confirmed by Netflix

As the fans look forward to the unfolding of the third season of the British anthology series, "Black Mirror", producer Annabel Jones has expressed that there would be more of the series in the days to come by.

According to reports by io9, confirming the fourth season of "Black Mirror" on Netflix, Jones said "When you are ready to do the next series you do (it). Thankfully Netflix loved the show, stepped in and commissioned six films. So that allows us to play out on a bigger canvas, and take more risks, explore worlds without destabilizing the Black Mirror sensibility."

"It's great. And we've got another season coming up too" she added as she spoke at the screening of the third season of the series at London.

The Season 3 of "Black Mirror" will premiere on Oct 21 this year. The much awaited season will feature Bryce Dallas Howard, Mackenzie Davis, Jerome Flynn, Kelly McDonald and the like in six new mind-bending morality plays. Additionally, Bronn of "Game of Thrones" fame and Doug Stamper from "House of Cards" will be seen on the show, reported HighsNobiety.

The "Black Mirror" trailers of the season 3 are out, creating an enthusiastic wait among the fans of the show. Revealing a glimpse of some of the themes for the season, the trailer shows killing, webcam hacking, futuristic wack-o-mole and screaming. As stated by EW, episodes include a social satire ("Nosedive"), a procedural crime story about online outrage ("Hated in the Nation"), a video game thriller( "Playtest"), a thriller about an online trap ("Shut up and Dance") and a story set in the 1980s (" San Junipero").

"Black Mirror" has moved from UK based channel, 'Channel 4' to the U.S. based 'Netflix' after airing two seasons on the former channel. In addition, the number of episodes has been increased from three to six in the forthcoming season.
