It has been 10 days down the October calendar and still, there is no sign of "Friday The 13th: The Game" will be released. But for the mean time, let's look at the main character, Jason Voorhees, and how Gun Media developed the psychopath's character.
In a YouTube vlog by CharminSoftEX Gaming, it was said that "Friday The 13th: The Game" creator Wes Keltner revealed pertinent details about Jason Voorhees. The "Friday The 13th: The Game" creator addressed almost all questions regarding Gun Media's game.
According to the "Friday The 13th: The Game" co-creator, Jason Voorhees was modeled according to "Friday The 13th" actor Kane Hodder. Jason's character has been intricately detailed that even his mask holes are modeled to a millimeter.
Also, it was said that his character was produced through a motion detector and has taken so much time for Gun Media and Ill Fonic. Jason Voorhees to be seen in "Friday The 13th: The Game" will be coming from the "Friday The 13th" 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and X.
Jason Voorhees' weapon will also be based on what he used in the respective "Friday The 13th" movie. There will be a Jason sporting a pitchfork, as based in "Friday The 13th 2," axe-armed Jason as based in "Friday The 13th 3," to give a few as the vlogger explains.
Likely, the first Jason Voorhees character that can be used is the one from "Friday The 13th 3" and through him, players can unlock other Jason Voorhees versions later on. As previously reported by Parent Herald, "Friday The 13th: The Game" can enable players to gain XP universally. If a player would like to go for a counselor character the entire time, he can still earn XP to gain a Jason Voorhees character.
Lastly, Jason Voorhees will be having four abilities, namely: sense, shift, morph and rage. This gameplay was said to be as requested by fans at last minute. Gun Media was able to put up what has been requested in as little as 40 days.
