"The Fall" Season 3 is already halfway done in the U.K. and Ireland as the show premiered in the other side of the pond last September. In America, viewers can finally watch the Jamie Dornan and Gillian Anderson starrer when it launches the new episodes on Netflix on Saturday, Oct. 29. It's going to be the third and final season of "The Fall."
"The Fall" Season 3 has had an interesting twist so far, now that it has been confirmed that Paul Spector (Jamie Dornan) did not die from his gunshot wounds. But Agent Stella Gibson (Gillian Anderson) has been keeping a close watch of the serial killer that colleagues say she's become obsessed about Spector. What else can viewers expect from the series so far? Read on below, but be warned of spoilers.
Jamie Dornan hinted, in an interview with Huffington Post, that he didn't expect how his character will turn out in "The Fall" Season 3. Still weak and recovering at the hospital's intensive care unit, serial killer Paul Spector could be manipulating and targeting his next victim.
A nurse who has been tasked to care for him in "The Fall" is slowly sympathizing with the Belfast Strangler. She has no idea the kind of psychopathic manipulation that Paul Spector is capable of, and he's crazy mind looks to be still at work even if he's on his sick bed.
With his trial coming up in "The Fall," Spector is also pulling all stops that could be a problem for Agent Gibson and the police force. He has apparently developed selective amnesia and cannot remember anything before after 2006. After the police shows him photos of his victims, he can't believe he's a serial murderer who has done incomprehensible things to women. Perhaps Agent Gibson will be able to prove he's faking his amnesia, but at what cost?
Meanwhile, Paul Spector's wife, Sally Ann (Bronagh Waugh), is bound to be charged by the police in "The Fall." They are accusing her of lying for her husband in the previous season. The Telegraph writes that it is implied things will not go well for Sally Ann and her children. Especially since eldest child Olivia, who is close to her father, have learned her dad is a serial killer.
"The Fall" Season 3 has three more episodes left in the U.K. airing and viewers in the U.S. will be able to catch up beginning Saturday, Oct. 29. Follow more updates about the show here on Parent Herald.
