James Franco Is Being Sued For Headbutting A Photographer?

James Franco is now facing a lawsuit after a photographer claimed that the "Pineapple Express" actor assaulted him. The lawsuit that was filed by the photographer claims the event happened during Lana Del Rey's concert in 2014.

The photographer, David Tennessean, filed a lawsuit against James Franco on Monday in Los Angeles. David recalled he was taking photos of Lana Del Rey when he saw James Franco was standing near him, according to Global News. Lana Del Rey was performing at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery during that time.

The American actor and film maker, James Franco is said to be smiling "demonically" at the photographer, David Tonnessen. The 38-year-old actor also looks at David with a blank facial expression and absence of joy on his face, according to court documents obtained by Variety. David Tonnessen claimed that James Franco head butted him to his stomach and he fell down on the floor. After the incident, David said James Franco just walked away leaving him down on the ground.

David Tonnessen said in a statement that he was injured severely physically and psychologically due to the actions James Franco has done to him. David was also hospitalized after the incident. The photographer is now suing James Franco for battery, assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He is also seeking punitive and monetary damages.

The photographer, David Tonnessen, was arrested in 2008 due to blocking the sidewalk in Los Angeles near a medical center when he and other paparazzi were waiting for Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan.

James Franco is a huge fan of Lana Del Rey. Franco has published a book in 2015 titled "Flip-Side: Real and Imaginary Conversations with Lana Del Rey." James Franco hasn't responded yet from the allegations and the lawsuit filed against him.
