OnePlus 3, a Chinese smartphone that released three months back, is reportedly all set to upgrade itself with Google's latest OS, Android 7.0 Nougat. OnePlus Company is ready to bring the android update to its unbeatable flagship.
Recently, OnePlus told Reddit AMA that it is "actively working" on bringing the latest Android 7.0 Nougat. The CEO of OnePlus, Pete Lau also confirmed it by posting the update on Twitter, which shows Android Nougat's N logo on the OnePlus 3.
There is no specific detail on the date of Android update for OnePlus 3, however, it is assured that work is going on much-awaited OnePlus 3, OnePlus 2, OnePlus X Android 7.0 Nougat update. According to Neuro Gadget, there are speculations that OnePlus 3 Android 7.0 Nougat update will happen during Christmas.
Also, there are rumors bubbling on the upgrading of OxygenOS in early 2017. There are chances of OnePlus X to be left out in the OnePlus 3, OnePlus 2, OnePlus X Android 7.0 Nougat update rollout. OnePlus X users can opt to use the CyanogenMod to try the Android 7.0 Nougat, per Androiding.
