'Final Fantasy 7' Remake Gameplay Will Be A Perfect Mix Of New And Old ATV Battle System

"Final Fantasy 7" remake release date rumors continue to surface. As Square Enix continues to keep mum about the development of the new game, many fans have started to share their theories and predictions about the highly anticipated title online.

Once in a while, creator and game director Tetsuya Nomura will indulge fans with tidbits of information about the "Final Fantasy 7" remake. In a recent interview Nomura dished on the game's new battle system.

As Vine Report noted, Nomura claimed that the "Final Fantasy 7" remake will have different mechanics as compared with the previous titles. He also stressed that his team is currently working hard to enhance the game even further.

Some of the enhancements and improvements teased by Nomura include a more action-based gameplay, Compared with the Active Time Battle (ATV) system of the original title, the "Final Fantasy 7" remake will reportedly have a perfect mix of the ATV and the new gameplay.

Meanwhile, previous "Final Fantasy 7" remake updates claimed that more information about the new title could be released at the Sony PlayStation Experience 2016. As BitBag reported, many are speculating that the event could be a good venue update fans about the new title.

It was also previously speculated that the "Final Fantasy 7" remake will be released in three installments. The speculated release dates are slated on 2018, 2019 and 2020.
