MILAN - the versatile Midfielder Giacomo assumed that Associazione Calcio Milan is prepared and geared up to finally taste victory over Juventus when the sides meet up in an alluring San Siro clash.
In The Express Tribune sports news, it's mentioned that over eight games into the season Juventus is looking to be on their approach to a record sixth consecutive strike, then earn the crown after breaching up significant gaps on their key title adversary of Napoli and Roma.
Bonaventura credited their new coach Vincenzo Montella with helping them to finish the chaos that has reigned over the seven-time European champions in recent seasons. He stated that they can win it because it is a stand-alone match and Juventus will have to be fully at their best condition in order to beat them.
A.C Milan's last triumph over the Turin giants came in the 2012-2013 seasons and when current Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri was still at the helm after leading them to a 2011 title. Juventus have won all seven league meetings since, as A.C. Milan bounced from one mini-crisis to another.
According to the Bangkok post, Montella is the club's fifth coach since Allegri was dismissed following a 4-3 defeat to Sassuolo in 2014 and Bonaventura says the ex-Fiorentina handler has brought ecstasy back to the association.
Bonaventura said that they have endured only a few underwhelming seasons but Montella has brought back the joy of playing football in them. "He helped us in conditions of our mentality but what's more important is that 80% of the work has been done on the field." he said.
Although Milan continues on their track, Luciano Spalletti's players are now considered the most likely team to give a dilemma to Juventus this season and are warmed up for hosting the Sicilians with a draw game of 3-3 at home to Austria Vienna on Thursday in the Europa League.
