The second season of the Netflix hit "Stranger Things" won't be aired until 2017. But that doesn't stop fans from clamoring for spoilers and news about the show.
One of the biggest mysteries is the future of Eleven, the show's breakout star. The telekinetic girl, played by actress Millie Bobby Brown, was seen at the end of the shows' first season sacrificing herself to kill the monster and save the people who have become her friends.
Although Chief Hopper (David Harbour) is seen leaving a box of waffles, which happens to be Eleven's favorite, in the woods, the fate of Eleven has left fans feeling confused and concerned.
Now, Brown herself has confirmed that her character Eleven will be back on the show, although it is unsure if she is alive or might be seen in a flashback. In an article at NME, the star can be seen on her Instagram, posing with her co-star David Harbour, who plays Jim Hopper in the series.
Not much else is known about the season two of "Stranger Things." Teaser trailers only show episode titles, but reports also indicate the arrival of two new characters in the form of Sadie Sink and Dacre Montgomery.
Sadie will play a character named Max, whose history seems suspicious. It may be assumed that one of the episodes, entitled "Mad Max," might make her as the focus.
Dacre, a 21-year-old native of Australia, will be playing Billy, Max's older stepbrother. Dacre has been in the business since he was nine, and will actually be playing the role of Red Ranger in the "Power Rangers" movie that will be released in 2017.
"Stranger Things" second season will most likely be released by July 2017. Until then, loyal fans and viewers can content themselves with teasers and spoilers while waiting for a few more months before they see Eleven and the rest of the people of Hawkins.
