Is romance in the works for Mother Monster Lady Gaga and Academy Award nominee Bradley Cooper? Rumors say that the two seem to be getting along well as Bradley Cooper actually went to visit Lady Gaga in her dressing room before the latter's scheduled performance at "Saturday Night Live," Harper's Bazaar reports.
But alas, it seems that the two just remain good friends, and Cooper, who has starred in hit movies such as "Silver Linings Playbook", "American Sniper", and "Guardians of the Galaxy", was there to simply support the singing superstar. The odd couple has been seen together as early as April, and have struck up a friendship due to their future project together.
Lady Gaga and Cooper will be starring in the project "A Star is Born," and they have been seen bonding together before the movie starts shooting by 2017. The movie, which will be the directorial debut of the actor, will be a remake of a classic movie with the same name, which showed in 1937.
According to Vanity Fair, Beyonce was actually tapped to star alongside Cooper, but due to schedule conflicts, Lady Gaga will now be starring opposite the actor.
Before her "Saturday Night Live" performance, Lady Gaga posted on her Instagram account a photo of her and Bradley Cooper. Cooper looked every inch the fan as he stood beside the singer wearing an all-black ensemble while the singer looking beautiful in her Marc Jacobs outfit.
The "Born This Way" hitmaker, who recently split from actor Taylor Kinney after a five-year relationship, just came out with her new album Joanne. She performed two songs from the album for her "Saturday Night Live" gig and has been promoting it for the past weeks, including a guesting on James Corden's "Carpool Karaoke."
Even though Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga are not dating, it's nice to know that they support each other's endeavor. What do you think of this friendship? Is it the real thing, or just to promote their upcoming movie together?
