Girls do grow up and so does Sabrina Carpenter, the Disney Star at "Girl Meets World." There are two issues that must be addressed now to retain the show's kind of viewership. First, the storyline is not anymore in line with Disney's concept and Sabrina not any more inspired to do more reprising roles.
The network here seems to be in conflict with reality. It is a fact that the show has garnered substantial followers that would be interested to find out what happens to the young girl Sabina as she matures in "Girl Meets World."
The channel, on the other hand, is dedicated to its own viewership which is the Disney's target group. They are basically younger than the more mature Sabrina now. Suggestions to move the show to another channel flood social media. Will the producer take on this challenge seriously with "Girl Meets World"?
While the casts are on holiday until it is expected to resume shooting again in 2017, talks are obviously going on,Movie News Guide reported. Part of that is Disney's stand on not to renew the contract of "Girl Meets World" with the network.
Moving to another channel can be done but what if the main star had already something in mind that she wanted to prioritize than "Girl Meets World"? We know for a fact that she just launched her album "Evolution" recently.
Concert tours for Sabrina are on the horizon as well which is difficult to do shooting fo "Girl Meets World" at the same time. It is devastating news for the fans that "Girl Meets World" might not be back on Disney or TV for that matter but nothing can be done about that if these two issues are not resolved.
For now, it's a "wait and see" game for "Girl Meets World" but mind you, Sabrina can also be replaced, according to MTV News.
