Michael Schumacher’s Health Condition, Recovery Remain Bleak? Schumacher Family Posts Facebook Message To Celebrate F1 Superstar’s First World Championship Title Anniversary

Up until now, Michael Schumacher's health condition and recovery remains uncertain. Despite the call for transparency, the Schumacher family is still firm on their decision to request for a media blackout regarding the condition of the stricken 47-year-old F1 legend.

Almost three years ago, the racing world was shocked to learn that Michael Schumacher, the world-renowned German racer who has experienced in skiing, had suffered from a severe head injury after a skiing accident at the French Alps on Dec. 29, 2013. The injury had left him in critical condition and in a medically induced coma for months but in September 2014, Schumacher was transferred to his Swiss estate for continued rehabilitation.

Despite several reports claiming Michael Schumacher is already on the road to full recovery, some skeptics said the former F1 superstar's health condition and recovery remain bleak. Until the family or Michael's longtime manager Sabine Kehm release an update, it's safe to assume that all reports should be taken as mere speculations.

Speaking of Michael Schumacher's family, Merkur.de reported that they recently launched the hashtag #TeamMichael on Schumacher's official Facebook page. The re-launch of Michael's Facebook page came weeks before his upcoming anniversary for winning his first world championship title on Nov. 13.

"Welcome everyone to Michael's paddock! We love to share memories with you and what better start could there be than the upcoming anniversary of Michael's first world championship title," the Facebook post dated Oct. 26 read. "From November 13 this page will be our meeting place to collect and exchange memories and to celebrate Michael's many achievements, established as a thank you gesture to all you wonderful fans."

Meanwhile, the sentence trial for Bunte magazine, the German publication that claimed Michael Schumacher has been walking again in December 2015, has been postponed. According to Spiegel Online, the decision was supposed to be awarded on Friday before the Regional Court of Hamburg but one more witness has emerged.

In other Michael Schumacher-related news, Diariogol revealed that the embattled seven-time F1 world champion prophesized that Lewis Hamilton will be the next big thing in Formula 1 realm. The publication said Schumacher's prediction came when Hamilton was just 16 years old.
