TV's current long-running sitcom, "The Big Bang Theory," could extend for another year after the tenth season is done. The stars of the series have expressed they are all up for coming back for Season 11.
Renewal negotiations among the stars of "The Big Bang Theory" and CBS are taking place early next year. It looks like the actors are not going to demand a huge raise in their salary, according to Kunal Nayyar via New York Daily News.
Nayyar calls his workplace the happiest place on earth and he won't mind being on the show for "the rest of my life." Nayyar is one of the original cast members of "The Big Bang Theory," which began airing on CBS in 2007.
"The Big Bang Theory" actors received a hefty salary bump in their 2014 contract negotiations. Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco have since been earning a million per episode, The Hollywood Reporter cites.
The three principal actors of "The Big Bang Theory" are currently on TV's highest paid list annually culled by Forbes. But even Nayyar is earning more than enough for his work on "The Big Bang Theory" that co-star Mayim Biaik admitted that they are gratefully overpaid.
Meanwhile, "The Big Bang Theory" airs a new episode this Thursday, Nov. 3 on CBS. "The Veracity Elasticity" will expose Amy's lies about having her apartment fixed and Sheldon will find out.
Instead of getting mad at his girlfriend, however, Sheldon will offer for him and Amy to continue living together, as Parent Herald reports. Things are definitely moving forward for this couple on "The Big Bang Theory." The dynamics will definitely affect the living arrangement of their married friends, Leonard and Penny, as well.
