Rumors were circulating that the hit teen show "Scream Queens" is canceled after only two seasons. Luckily, fans can rejoice as the news simply isn't true. The Fox Comedy's episode 5 of season 2 is only moved to Nov. 15 instead of Nov. 8 to make way for the U.S. election coverage.
"Scream Queens" season 2 episode 5, entitled "Chanel Pour Homme-Icide," will focus on the hospital as it attracts new patients. According to the episode's synopsis, one patient will get one of the staff to "go mad."
Aside from Chanel #5 (Abigail Breslin) and Zayday (Keke Palmer), fans can also expect a lot from Nurse Ingrid Marie Hoffel, portrayed by actress Kirstie Alley.
Speaking to TVLine, Alley says that she wants her character to be totally "unglued" and fans are already expecting her to play a huge role in this season.
The promo for "Scream Queens" episode 5 of season 2 also reveals that Dean Munsch, portrayed by Jamie Lee Curtis, is going to the police to report the deaths and murders occurring at the C.U.R.E. Institute. It can be recalled that Dean Munsch was previously hesitant in reporting the murders in the fear that the hospital might be shut down.
Additionally, the previous episode of "Scream Queens" left the fans sad after seeing Denise Hemphill, played by Niecy Nash, dead, as recalled by TVLine.
Another glimpse of the new Chanels is seen in the trailer of the upcoming episode. The patients from the C.U.R.E. Institute are put to good use, or so they thought, as the Green Meanie won't stop.
