"We're just going to hit the audience with every episode, coming up with something more mental than the last. I can't believe some of the twists in store."
With these hints from the 28-year-old actress, for sure, every "Game of Thrones" fans are looking forward to its next season. According to Inquisitr, the upcoming season will also feature the return of Bran Stark, played by Isaac Hempstead Wright, who is missing in the fifth season.
Moreover, the biggest concern of the "Game of Thrones" audiences is whether Kit Harington's character, Jon Snow will return in the upcoming season. In a report from Parenth Herald, Harington was spotted in Belfast set when the cast members are filming the show's sixth season, which sparks the speculations that Snow is not yet dead or maybe resurrected.
In the last season, Snow was stabbed to death by the people he considered as family, with this in mind some believed that the actor was only around to film his character's funeral just as how it did with Tywin Lannister when he was killed in season four.
However, many fans remained hopeful that Snow will still be around in the next season after the actor was seen still sporting his long curly locks, which is part of his contract for the said show. Also, Harington was spotted visiting Belfast in the past couple of months, which is way too much if he is just filming Snow's funeral, and, just recently, he refused to take photos with fans in Belfast according to Watchers on the Wall. Moreover, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Harington was among the "A" tier cast who signed an HBO contract for the said show until season 7.
Harington already confirmed that his character is dead and that he will not be returning in the next season amidst rumors that his character will rise again. Snow's fate on the show only followed his destiny in the book that George R.R. Martin wrote. If fans would really love Snow back, it now depends on Martin. His upcoming book, "Winds of Winter," might answer and put an end to the different speculations circling around Snow's fate.
