"Young Justice" character Bart Allen is rumored to join the "Legends of Tomorrow" superheroes. The news broke after the previous episode of "Legends of Tomorrow" aired, revealing that a war is coming. The message came from Barry Allen from 2056, the year when his grandson Bart Allen traveled back in time to help the junior Justice League in the comics.
"Young Justice" saw Bart as Impulse, Barry's grandson from 2056 who traveled to the past and joined the league. That being stated, fans of the "Legends of Tomorrow" were apparently quick to think that Barry might send his grandson Bart in the current timeline to help save the future. This could be a possible theory as the Legends lack a speedster in their team who will be a great weapon against Eobard Thawne, the Reverse-Flash.
"Young Justice" Impulse is described to be a daredevil speedster by Inverse who is not afraid of danger. His skills can be a huge advantage for the Legends because Reverse-Flash is quite a difficult villain to fight given his speed. Only another speedster can match that speed and an easier solution to that problem is Impulse of "Young Justice."
Additionally, a previous report from CBR revealed that the CW network was already considering such "Young Justice" crossover. In an interview with John Wesley Shipp who portrays as Barry Allen's father on The Flash, he said that anything could possibly happen in the show. When he was asked whether Bart could be included on The Flash, the actor answered, "They're already talking about that."
"Young Justice," meanwhile, was just recently confirmed to get a third season and the show is now set to hit production. Dc's "Legends of Tomorrow," on the other hand, is airing every Thursday nights on the CW. in the meantime, check out Impulse in the "Young Justice" clip below.
