'Star Wars Episode 8' News & Update: Film May Answer Relationship Between Kylo Ren And Rey?

Blockbuster Hollywood movie, "Star Wars" has started its production for the eighth installment of the movie series and looks to answer the questions between Kylo Ren and Rey's relationship.

Headlines and Global News reports that the next film will explore what could be an interesting relationship between Kylo Ren and Rey. The release of "Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens" showed and introduced to the fans the birth of these two new characters. But somehow, questions pertaining to their intriguing relationship are yet to be answered.

Director-Producer JJ Abrams mentions in his audio commentary of "Star Wars 7" that there is a deep connection between Rey and Kylo Ren's relationship. He adds that Kylo Ren, the antagonist of the film, has heard of Rey and their chance of meeting with each other is inescapable. He also hints that their relationship will be very interesting as the movie moves forward, as reported by Star Wars News.

Kylo Ren and Rey's characters were first established in "The Force Awakens" where they first met in the forest. Their speculated relationship will be identified and discovered in the next two "Star Wars Films" particularly, "Star Wars 8 and 9".

The 7th installment has left fans wondering whether Kylo Ren and Rey are childhood friends or possibly blood-related. Although there are other rumors and theories circulating around the online community, only time will tell when "Star Wars" reveals the long-awaited answer to the question.

Another report suggests that the heroine, Rey might have met Kylo Ren before episode 7. But, Abrams, in his commentary reiterates that it never happened. Another question that is yet to be revealed is about Rey's parents. Daisy Ridley, the actress who plays Rey, in an interview answers the question whether her father is Hans Solo. She says that audience should keep the question in mind because it will be answered in a year.

"Star Wars Episode 8" is projected to come out on cinemas in December 2017.
