Dave Chappelle Debuts As Host On Saturday Night Live With Entertaining Spoof Of The Walking Dead

Comedian, Dave Chappelle did a hilarious parody of the Walking Dead in his debut on Saturday Night Live.

E! News reports that Chappelle reenacted the sixth season of the horrific tv series, holding a barbed wire-wrapped baseball bat thinking which among the characters he should finish off. But instead of showing the rest of the Walking Dead characters of Rick, Carl, Glenn and Abraham, Chappelle played as the blackwhite supremacist Clayton Bigsby, and resurrected the characters Chuck Taylor, Tyrone Biggums and Lil Jon from his cult sketch comedy series, Chappelle's Show in the 2000s. It was an epic and hilarious skit prepared by Chappelle.

Chappelle's return on screen is his first major comeback after the "Chappelle's Show" was over in 2006. The former show ran for three straight seasons but suddenly ended. Since then, Chappelle focused on his career as a standup comedian.

In his hosting debut, co-actor and comedian, Chris Rock, joined Chappelle. Not to mention, Chris Rock is also a former Saturday Night Live cast member. The entertaining duo parodied the reactions and faces of the supporters of Hillary Clinton as the presidential candidate suffered a shocking and divisive loss during the Election Night that happened last week.

The episode also featured Chappelle addressing Donald Trump's election, delivers a powerful monologue which many fans say is one of the best seen on the tv show. Another performance that drew attention was Kate McKinnon, who was dressed as Hillary Clinton, beautifully rendered Leonard Cohen's, "Hallelujah." The performance was done after the singer-songwriter passed away at the age of 82 and Hillary Clinton bowed down to Presidential elect, Donald Trump during the elections.

The next Saturday Night Live will be hosted by former cast member, Kristen Wiig with a special performance from "The xx."
