Another superhero is confirmed to join the "Avengers: Infinity War." Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye is officially back for the 2018 film, "Avengers: Infinity War." Renner has confirmed he's about to join the cast, however, he's careful not to give any teasers yet.
An estimate of 67 characters running, Renner mentions it's going to be a long fun run with a really big group of people. He added that with Hawkeye joining the team, it'll be awesome for all the characters and superheroes involved in "Avengers: Infinity War," according to Digital Spy.
In comparison to the "Captain America: Civil War," the "Avengers: Infinity War" is set to be bigger than ever. The "Avengers: Infinity War" will be stretched to two parts with Part 2 releasing a year after Part 1. The second film doesn't have a confirmed title yet but currently it is named "Untitled Avengers."
The directors of "Civil War" and "Winter Soldier," Joe and Anthony Russo have confirmed that the two films are going to be very different. Since the second title is yet to be official, a further announcement will shed more light on the details. The Russos will be reunited with Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus.
Josh Brolin's Thanos is also set to make an appearance in the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity War" and potentially more than just a CGI. Chris Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, and Elizabeth Olsen will also be the in the film. There are also hints by James Gunn that Bradley Cooper will show up, too.
Another hint was revealed that Doctor Strange will be a part of "Avengers: Infinity War." Benedict Cumberbatch admits a logical challenge about his schedule and the team are working on it. He added that an opening of another chapter is the reason "Doctor Strange" was introduced. "Doctor Strange" might be the one who can heal the tension between Captain America and Iron Man.
With the huge lineup of superheroes appearing in "Avengers: Infinity War," the possibility of seeing Chloe Bennet's Quake driving back to Thanos' army is highly likely, according to Movie Pilot. However, the pace on how characters change shall be considered, including Daisy Johnson being a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent now.
The Russos also revealed that Alison Brie's Captain Marvel is set to make a debut in the upcoming film alongside having a first solo movie of the first female hero. On the other hand, Feige has confirmed that there will be unexpected team-ups that will happen in "Avengers: Infinity War" and the following movies after. "Avengers: Infinity War" is set to be released in May 2018.
