"Pokemon Sun and Moon" is arriving within the week and players are just getting more excited to get their hands on the actual game. To make things more exciting, recent reports claimed that Splash, a move deemed to be useless in the previous Pokemon games, will have a special purpose on "Pokemon Sun and Moon." With the use of a Z-crystal called Normalium Z, players can give Splash move a boost and turn it into Z-Splash move.
Z-Moves have been introduced as the newest feature of "Pokemon Sun and Moon" and Z-Splash move is one of them. Z-Splash is believed as the most useful Z-Move as it can boost a player's attack by three times, WWG reported. Z-Splash can also surprisingly transform the weakest Pokemon into a powerful and offensive creature.
Z-Splash, however, is not the only move that can give players an added boost through the use of the Normalium-Z crystal. The Normalium-Z crystal is also said to give any Pokemon a chance to learn the Breakneck Blitz Z-Move on "Pokemon Sun and Moon." The Breakneck Blitz Z-Move gives out a huge Normal-type damage to an opponent which can only be used once in a battle.
If Z-Crystals are responsible for Z-moves, players might ask how to gather more of them to be able to utilize more Z-moves. The only answer to that as of the moment is to travel through Alola and overcome all "Pokemon Sun and Moon" challenges along the way. As of this posting, there are 18 general Z-Crystals to collect and there are also eight Z-Crystals that are Pokemon-specific, USGamer reported.
Using Pokemon-specific Z-Crystals is quite tougher as some Pokemon creatures need to learn a specific move before a Z-move can be unlocked. An example of this is the Pokemon Snorlax which cannot use the Pulverising Pancake move with the use of Snorlium-Z if it has not yet learned the Giga Impact. It is also important to note that "Pokemon Sun and Moon" players need to have a Z-ring, a ring that they will receive at the beginning of the game story before they can make use of any Z-Crystals.
"Pokemon Sun and Moon" will be launched on Nov. 18. In the meantime, let us know how excited you are to get your hands on the new Pokemon game. Also, check out the trailer below.
