The fate of "Girl Meets World" Season 3 is up in the air, as Disney Channel still remains mum about the show's renewal or cancellation status. In a recent post on Twitter, the show's writers teased on the remaining episodes of the show's third season.
The said post revealed that "GMW" Season 3 will be airing three episodes in January before it concludes on air. This means that fans and viewers are left with just a couple of weeks until the show goes off the air.
Many fans believe that the "Girl Meets World" Season 3 renewal announcement from Disney Channel will come out in December. The show has, after all, been one of the strongest dramas in the network so it would be their mistake to cancel something that gives them such good ratings.
"Girl Meets World" Season 3 will also be airing a Christmas episode titled "Girl Meets a Christmas Maya" this December. According to Carter Matt, the upcoming episode will see Maya perform her own rendition of Ebeneezer Scrooge.
Maya will be having a hard time trying to act out her part and celebrate Christmas in "Girl Meets World" Season 3 episode 18. Following this particular episode, the upcoming titles are the following: "World Meets Girl," "Sweet 16" and finally, "Girl Meets Goodbye."
