"Jurassic World 2" with director J.A. Bayona and stars Bryce Dallas Howard (Claire Dearing) and Chris Pratt (Owen Grady) will bring back one dangerous character - Dr. Henry Wu (B.D. Wong). However, although Dr. Henry Wu may be instrumental to bringing about the tribulations of the fifth instalment to the "Jurassic Park" franchise by merit of the stolen InGen dinosaur embryos, more danger is forthcoming.
Comingsoon.net cites report by EFE via Scified that JA Bayona declared "Jurassic World 2" to be a darker offering. So much so that according to JA Bayona, this sequel will not only surprise but also shock fans of the "Jurassic" franchise.
The shock will stem from the "Jurassic World 2" plot taking unexpected twists as JA Bayona promised. This is easily believable as this latest sequel is reportedly going to depart from the classic formula of confining the adventure to Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna.
"Jurassic World" trilogy writer Collin Trevorrow highlighted that the new sequel will leave the islands as the stolen dinosaur embryos will make their way into the wider world. Buzz on the franchise believe that the InGen dinosaur technology will play into global warfare at most or into military activities within US borders at least.
Den Of Geek reports that "Jurassic World 2" casting extends to include not just the new core of Bryce Dallas Howard, Chris Pratt and B.D. Wong. This JA Bayona piece will also include BBC "Sherlock" addition Toby Jones and "Prometheus" actor Rafe Spall.
"Jurassic World 2" is slated to continue the discoveries and resolutions of Claire Dearing and Owen Grady on its theater release of June 22, 2018. Are you happy to see the new "Jurassic" instalment depart from its previous theme park texture? Share your thoughts with us in the comment box below!
