The upcoming "Thor: Ragnarok" movie is now reportedly adding the WWE star wrestler John Cena to the already star-studded roster of Christ Hemsworth (Thor), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Mark Ruffalo and other stars. Another report says Thor will try to find his father, Odin and Loki are expected to help out.
Reports are now circulating the possibility of including WWE star wrestler John Cena in the upcoming "Thor: Ragnarok" movie. Earlier spoilers for the upcoming "Thor: Ragnarok" movie revealed that Thor and Hulk will attempt to escape the gladiator arena. For Thor and Hulk to escape the arena, they will have to win the battle with the galaxy's most powerful and strongest creatures. This plot was created by director Taika Waititi from Planet Hulk.
This Thor and Hulk in an arena plot led to the theory that "Thor: Ragnarok" will most likely cast the WWE star wrestler John Cena into the intergalactic gladiator arena. Marvel has not released any official statement regarding John Cena's casting and the WWE wrestler will take the role of an ally of Thor and Hulk or an enemy in the arena.
In another report, "Thor: Ragnarok" will feature Thor's pursuit to find his father, Odin. Apparently, the post-credits scene from "Doctor Strange" has revealed this plot. As Thor tries to search his father, he will need help to accomplish his task. Despite their sibling rivalry, Thor will consult his brother Loki to help out in finding Odin.
However, Odin has been missing and it seems that Loki was the one to blame. Loki has apparently sent Odin to Earth and became homeless, roaming the streets of New York, as evident on the photos posted by Anthony Hopkins.
Furthermore, "Thor: Ragnarok" is expected to feature scenes from the grounds of planet Earth as another photo reveals Loki and Thor were wearing ordinary human clothes which suggest that the brothers were out somewhere on the planet Earth, in search for their father, IGN reported. The question now lies on the true motives of Loki in helping out his brother Thor to find Odin. Will Thor also find out that Loki was actually responsible for putting Odin on planet Earth?
"Thor: Ragnarok" is scheduled to premiere on Nov. 3, 2017.
