‘Black Panther’ 2018 News & Updates: List Of Cast Released; What Will Be The Film All About?

“Black Panther” 2018 is set to gear on its production on Jan. 15, 2017. However, there are still many fans and moviegoers asking what will the film be and whether it will focus on an origin story.

As off the moment, Marvel still hasn't revealed any synopsis or description about the film. One of the stars of the film, Lupita Nyong’o who will play Nakia, revealed some details. Lupita revealed that Black Panther, portrayed by Chadwick Boseman, will be threatened.

Here, Panther will already be a leader. His leadership will be threatened by two foes. To help him fight these foes, he’ll be asking help from the C.I.A. and Dora Milaje.

One of the foes in “Black Panther” 2018 is said to be portrayed by portrayed by Michael B. Jordan, Erik Killmonger. The antagonist is said to have hatred towards the T’Challa family as they were wrongfully accused and banished from Wakanda.

Another “Star Wars” star will be joining the Panther; Forest Whitaker. He will be portraying Zuri who is the loyal friend and adviser of Panther’s father, King T’Chaka.

Man Ape will also be in the “Black Panther” 2018 film. The character will be portrayed by Winston Duke who is, in the comics, the leader of the White Gorilla Cult.

The director of the film is the 29-year-old, Ryan Coogler, Cinema Blend reports. “Black Panther” 2018 is set to hit the theaters on the year’s first quarter.
