"Heroes of the Storm" officially gets a new hero. Zul'jin, the Amani empire troll warlord from the "Warcraft" universe, brings exciting abilities to Blizzard's MOBA beginning early January.
Ragnaros recently joined "Heroes of the Storm," and players are excited for another hero to troll along the epic battle. "Before the elves and their Alliance, the forests of Lordaeron belonged to the trolls of the Amani empire," reads the description of Zul'jin on the HoTS site.
Venture Beat detailed Zul'jin as an assassin character, best at dealing with massive damage to other heroes. The troll warlord was first introduced in "Warcraft 2," but he made several appearances in "WoW: Burning Crusade" and was also showcased during BlizzCon 2013.
Here is the detail of Zul'jin's skills for "Heroes of the Storm." In terms of Trait, he is a Berserker, gaining 1% Attack Speed/1% of missing Health. He can also activate the Berserker to increase the Basic Attack damage by 25% although costing 2% of his maximum Health per attack.
Zul'jin has a grievous throw, using a jagged axe forward, taking down more damage from his next 3 Basic Attacks. Using the Twin Cleave, Zul'jin throws 2 axes in a large circular arc, slowing affected enemies by 15% for 2 seconds and dealing damage.
Players of "Heroes of the Storm" will have fun with Zul'jin's ability to regenerate 25% of his maximum Health over 4 seconds, but if Zul'jin is moving or taking damage while regenerating, it interrupts the process. One of his best assets is that Zul'jin is able to throw a massive guillotine into the sky, crashing down on enemies, according to BlizzardWatch.
In "Heroes of the Storm," Zun'jin can also is able to choose one of two ultimate abilities, one in which prevents him from dropping below 1 health for four seconds. This makes the troll warlord unkillable, although only for a short amount of time.
However, players will have to wait until January to be able to purchase the troll warlord and test how his skills. Meanwhile, the Winter Veil event is happening and Ragnaros has joined the number of heroes on "Heroes of the Storm." Plus, the Haunted Mines map is back with minor tweaks.
