As the release of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" approaches, fans' excitement has been built up by releasing one teaser after another. Last week, high-resolution stills from 'Batman V Superman' Dawn Of Justice" gave a sneak peek on what fans could expect in one of the most highly anticipated movies for next year, per Screen Rant. The clash of the two superhero favorites have made the public excited and at the same time wonder how a highly skilled human being like Batman could fight with a powerful alien being like Superman.
In an interview with Total Film via Comic Book, director Zack Snyder spills out how Batman could defeat Superman. It does not involve any armor or superpowers but just the character's values for fighting fairly or not. Snyder revealed, “The advantage that Batman has is the goodness of Superman, the compliance to fair play that Superman has… Batman knows how to exploit Superman.”
It seems that in the film, Batman will fight "dirty." According to the news outlet, Batman (played by Ben Affleck) will also get to utilize some Kryptonite to help defeat Superman (played by Henry Cavill). However, using Kryptonite in defeating the Man of Steel is not enough, so Batman will still have to don an "armored suit."
Ben Affleck shares to Total Film how the said CGI armored suit, which he referred to as "humiliating," worked and was shot in the scenes. Affleck said as quoted by Screen Rant, "You can move freely and they put [the suit] on digitally. It’s a little bit more humiliating to wear, but it’s easier for the digital effects guys. You can see who the priority is..."
Screen Rant notes that in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," apart from the much-awaited head-to-head bout between Batman and Superman, one of the most exciting things that fans will get to see is the introduction of a new Batmobile. Snyder sat down with IGN and talked about how the famous vehicle will don a modern look and design.
"The new Batmobile is super fast. It’s purpose built, which I like. We imagine that Batman built it over time with parts from Wayne Industries. But he made it specifically for the job of fighting crime… it does a lot of cool stuff in the movie," he shared.
"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" stars Affleck, Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg, Amy Adams and a lot more. It is slated to hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
