Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield allegedly broke up because "The Amazing Spider-Man" star cheated on her girlfriend with a girl he met on a bar. A new report, however, claimed that the split is nothing but a publicity stunt to get people talking about Stone's new movie with Ryan Gosling, "La La Land."
According to Master Herald, Stone and Garfield are "very much together." The outlet claimed that Stone had to break up with Garfield in order to hype her onscreen romance with Gosling. Although multiple reports suggested that the two have started to develop feelings for each other while filming, it was said that all of this was just a ploy to get people talking about the movie.
The publication also pointed out that this was what Stone and Garfield wanted all along. Now that their relationship is no longer in the spotlight, they are able to concentrate on things that matter.
"If most of the media think that they are no longer a couple, they would surely let go with their ceaseless efforts trying to find reports, rumors, or speculations about them or their relationship."
Before news of the alleged break up circulated online, Stone and Garfield are talking about starting their own family. There have even been rumors that the "99 Homes" star is planning to pop the question soon.
Meanwhile, HNGN previously reported that Gosling is also having problems with his baby mama Eva Mendes. Although they were mostly fighting about their hectic schedule, insiders believed that the "Hitch" star has started to get incessantly jealous of Stone.
It was said that would check on him non-stop, making him feel that she does not trust him at all. The publication further hinted that Mendes is planning to raise their baby on her own if their relationship eventually fell apart.
