Spinach is a super nutritious veggie that is perfect for weight loss. Use it on salads, soups and sandwiches or pair it with chicken breast or fish. "Most types of leafy green vegetables are low-calorie foods and also rich in dietary fiber," Livestrong explained. "Fiber helps keep your digestive system working well, prevents constipation and also helps you feel full for some time after a meal."
