2. Celery
Celery is low in calorie that contains vitamin A, K and C, potassium, folate and manganese. One stalk of celery has only 10 calories - so not only do you lower your caloric intake, but you're also feeding more nutrients into your body.
3. Nectarine
This fruit is a great source of vitamin A and C, potassium and niacin. It has 65 calories for an average sized nectarine. You must scrub or remove the peel to lessen the pesticide.
4. Strawberries and Cherries
These berries are rich in vitamin C. Choose berries that are supplied from near distance areas. Generally, the long-distance areas involve more spraying.
5. Pears
