Coco Austin Weight Loss Secret: Coco-T's Wife And Daughter Chanel Wear Pink Bikinis

Coco Austin and her 4-month-old daughter, Chanel Nicole, are definitely ready for the summer. The lovely ladies were wearing pretty tiny matching bikinis while chilling in the pool.

"My partner in crime... #bikinigirls @babychanelnicole 1st bikini," the 37-year-old model captioned the Instagram photo. In the snap, both ladies were in hot pink bikinis as Ice-T's wife was holding their adorable baby.

Needless to say, Coco Austin is proud of her lovely daughter. But apart from that, the new mom is definitely proud of her voluptuous figure.

The glamorous model just gave birth in November last year. But just after a few months, Austin managed to lose weight and now hitting the social media world with her tiny waist.

What's her secret? According to Celebrity Health & Fitness, Coco Austin followed a vegan-style fruitarian diet during her pregnancy. After giving birth, Austin roughly lost 13 pounds and she shed it off just 10 days after delivery, thanks to her vegan diet.

Coco Austin's weight loss secret also include an exercise and waist training. She maintained her slim figure with a high-protein diet. She also sees to it to always hit the gym for her weightlifting and cardio exercises.

To achieve a smaller waistline, Coco Austin also does corset waist training. A training corset which Kourtney Kardashian and her sister, Khloe have previously credited for their amazing weight loss.

Coco Austin's other weight loss regimens include Zumba and kickboxing. She also wears a sauna sweat suit every time she exercises to sweat herself out, as per Examiner.
